About me
Creative and technically skilled 3D artist (Lead 3D Artist / 3D Generalist) with experience managing an animation studio. Specialised in stylised and physically accurate visual content, combining artistic vision with knowledge of shader programming, real-time rendering and animation. I lead a team, communicate with clients and deliver projects from concept to handover, working with Blender, Unity, Unreal Engine 5 and a motion capture pipeline (Rokoko Studio, Cascadeur). - Led a team of 4 (programmer, sales manager, two 3D generalists): planning, task assignment, ownership of final quality.
- Delivered a large-scale 6-month project for Story Hub SIA and the Ventspils Museum (animations, interactive exhibition installations, projection content, game assets for two games); acted as the main client contact.
- Took part in acquiring new clients and preparing proposals; managed project schedules and budgets.
- In-house basketball game: environments, a 7,000-instance crowd system in Unity, asset production, active role in gameplay design.
- Directed motion capture sessions (Rokoko Studio), cleaned up animations (Blender, Cascadeur) and integrated them into the motion matching system in Unity.
